Factorio BlueprintsFactorio Train Unloader and Station Blueprints
Five train station designs for 2.0, each with its wagon count, output belts and a real image: two unloaders, a smart station book, a rail yard and a stacker.
Three designs unload trains: a station for 1-8-1 trains with eight wagons onto four belts, a 4-wagon station that filters wrong items and feeds four balanced belts, and the single-belt unloader from a book of smart stations for 1-4 trains. The rail yard adds three unloading stations for short 1-2 trains. Filter by wagons to find the one that matches your trains.
This release has five station designs, because a design is only included when its author states both the wagon count and the number of output belts. Many other 2.0 stations show a layout without saying that, and were left out until those numbers can be confirmed.
Loading designs are part of two entries: the rail yard has two loading stations and a small fuel stop, and the smart station book includes loading examples for 1-4 trains. There is no standalone loader page in this release.
Inserters empty each wagon at their own pace, so the belts at a station fill unevenly. The 8-wagon and 4-wagon unloaders here end in a 4 to 4 belt balancer that mixes the output so every belt draws from every wagon and the train empties evenly. If you need a different number of belts, the belt balancer lookup has every split.
A stacker holds trains waiting for a free station. The compact stacker here serves four station lanes with six waiting spots for 8-car trains, the item-filtering unloader includes a stacker for four trains, and the smart station book has a depot in first, middle and last pieces.
All five strings were exported from Factorio 2.0, between 2.0.15 and 2.0.60, and none was test-imported by this site. Two need Space Age: the smart stations use turbo belts and the compact stacker uses elevated rails.
Yes: the smart train stations entry is a book with requester and provider stations, a depot set, single-size and multi-size network books and loading and unloading examples, all for 1-4 trains.
The smart train stations book includes a depot made of first, middle and last pieces, so you can build it as long as your train count needs. It is the only depot in this release.
