Which trains and belts does it fit?
Built for a 1-8-1 train: a locomotive at each end and 8 cargo wagons between them. Fast inserters move items from each wagon into steel chests and then onto belts, and a 4 to 4 balancer at the end evens out the four output belts so every belt draws from every wagon. The designer gives no throughput figure. The belts are mostly red (fast), so the output is capped at four red belts.
