String exported by Factorio 2.0.69. Decoded and checked by this site; not test-imported in the game.
Compatible underground tiers listed by the source: red, blue, green (turbo). No yellow alternate in the collection.
Pick this lane balancer when one belt carries more items on one side than the other, for example after inserters or a side-load filled only one lane. A belt balancer does not help with one belt, because it moves whole belts' worth of items between belts and never mixes the two lanes of the same belt. The layout uses express parts and is listed for red, blue and turbo undergrounds.
Two more layouts of the same 1-belt lane balancer are in the collection: an alternate straight version with the same 3 x 6 footprint, and a corner version that fits in 4 x 4 and turns the belt 90 degrees. Both are marked throughput unlimited and have their own strings.

No. A single belt needs no belt balancer, so the collection has no 1 to 1 belt design. What players usually want from a 1 to 1 balancer is this lane balancer, which makes both lanes of the one belt carry the same amount.
