No. It is balanced: it draws evenly from every input and gives every output an equal share. It is not throughput unlimited, so when only some inputs are fed or some outputs are blocked, an internal bottleneck can keep the total below what the remaining belts could carry. That is fine where all belts run full; where they often do not, check the other layouts and nearby configurations for one marked throughput unlimited.
Built with express (blue) belts, splitters and undergrounds. The collection lists this layout as working with red, blue and turbo undergrounds. For yellow belts it keeps a separate version, which appears with its own string under the other layouts below.
Compatible underground tiers listed by the source: red, blue, green (turbo). A yellow-belt alternate exists in the downgrades folder.
The yellow version is a little wider and shorter at 8 x 11 and uses basic parts. It is not throughput unlimited either.

Not in this collection: its lane balancers cover 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 belts, not 5. If your five belts are uneven against each other, this 5 to 5 belt balancer is the design to use. For uneven lanes there is no five-belt design here; the lane balancers for 4 and 6 belts are the nearest sizes.
